Counselling & Psychotherapy services are available via in-person, telephone or video session.
Payment is due at the time of service by cash, etransfer, credit card or direct billing. A receipt will be issued when payment is received.
Registered Social Workers & Registered Psychotherapists are often covered under extended health benefits, please check with your insurance provider to inquire about individual coverage. Receipts may also be submitted under personal medical deduction on your income tax.
Coverage may be available through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ComPsych, please check with your provider. Some conditions may apply based on therapist availability to accept clients under this program as spaces are limited.
All cancellations must be made 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you miss an appointment or do not provide 24 hours notice a flat fee of $50 will apply.
