She is passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and achieve lasting emotional wellness.
Michelle specializes in working with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, and the conflict that comes with separation and divorce. She provides a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change.

Michelle has extensive experience working in community mental health and hospital-based child and youth mental health programs, supporting individuals and families facing complex mental health challenges. Her diverse professional experience also includes working with families experiencing separation and divorce and navigating the family court system.
Michelle holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (Registration #820526). Sara specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, emotional regulation concerns, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. She provides a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
Using a person-centred and strengths-based approach, Sara tailors therapy to each client's unique needs and goals. She draws from evidence-based approaches, including:

Leia is our therapy dog in training. She is currently working toward her Canine Good Neighbour (CGN) certification and gaining experience supporting clients in a welcoming and therapeutic environment.
Leia has a gentle, friendly, and calming nature. She loves spending time with people and naturally provides comfort, companionship, and support to those around her.
