Linda is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, MEd, RSW) with more than 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through relationship challenges, mental health concerns, parent advocacy, and significant life transitions. She is passionate about creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain meaningful insight, and work toward positive and lasting change.

Linda specializes in couples therapy and providing family counselling to support parents of neurodivergent children. With extensive knowledge of Ontario’s Education Act and the education system, she is well positioned to support families to navigate school-related concerns and challenges while advocating for their children.

Her approach is client-centred, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals. Linda draws from a range of therapeutic approaches, including:

In her work with couples, Linda draws on her training in couples counselling as well as the work of Drs. John and Julie Gottman and Dr. Gary Chapman. She helps couples better understand their relationship patterns, strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more meaningful connections.

Linda holds both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Master of Education (MEd). She has been registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers for more than 20 years (Registration #426729). She also holds a Certificate in Couples Counselling from the University of Guelph, is trained in EMDR, and has been an Associate Member of the Canadian Association for Marriage and Family Therapy for 10 years.
