As a Registered Social Worker, Clinical Traumatologist & Trauma Practitioner, Michelle has over 14+ years experience and specializes in providing psychotherapy and coaching to move clients towards finding emotional wellness and move towards managing their mental health challenges successfully.

Michelle works with clients who require assistance managing various mental health concerns (PTSD, Anxiety/Depressive Disorders, Sexual/Physical/Emotional Abuse, Borderline Personality Disorders, Bi-Polar Disorders, Mood Disorders, Suicide & Self-Harm Behaviours etc.).


Michelle's background has been primarily working in Community Mental Health Organizations with children, youth, adults, and families providing psychotherapy and crisis services and most recently in a hospital environment with an adolescent population in a Child & Youth Mental Health program.   In addition to this, Michelle has had the opportunity to work overseas and experience working with people from all backgrounds and cultures in various environments.

Michelle is passionate about helping individuals find emotional wellness through connection, planning, and developing practical strategies.  Michelle believes that individuals can learn the strategies necessary to work through challenges and develop their emotion management skills for solutions that will carry through to all aspects of their lives.  


Michelle holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a registered member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (Reg. No: 820526) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (Reg. No. 14123).  Michelle is a Certified Clinical Traumatologist (TITC-CT) and a Certified Trauma & Resilience Practitioner (CTRP) - Clinical.  


Michelle has received extensive training in various evidence-based therapeutic practices and is active in gaining further education and training to ensure the best care for her clients.

Vanessa is a Registered Social Worker and Clinical Traumatologist, with 10+ years experience, specializing in providing psychotherapy to individuals and families work towards balance and mental wellness.

Vanessa has experience working in several large community mental health agencies providing psychotherapy to students to help manage serious mental health concerns affecting school attendance and success.  She also has extensive experience supporting individuals, through a hospital outpatient program, to manage serious mental health concerns/diagnoses (PTSD, Anxiety & Depressive Disorders, Bi-Polar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Behavioural & Eating Disorders, Suicide & Self-Harm Behaviours, Parenting Challenges etc.).

Sara is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with 12+ years experience, specializing in providing trauma informed psychotherapy to youth, adults and their families.

Sara has experience working with children/youth, adults, couples and their families and specializes in trauma-informed care.  She works from a Person-Centered and Strengths Based approach while incorporating evidence-based interventions to guide clients towards positive changes in thought patterns and behaviours.  Sara is trained in the Gottman Method to support couples in developing positive communication strategies, resolving conflicts and creating enhanced and lasting connections.  Sarah is experienced in working with parents on developing positive strategies for managing child behaviours, supporting families in conflict and those experiencing separation and divorce.

Sara holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree (MA) and is a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (RP-Q) (Reg. No: 13506) along with a Child and Youth Worker Diploma (CYW). Sara is certified in the Gottman Method for couples therapy and continues to pursue continuing education to ensure she can provide the best care possible to her clients.
