Navigating life can be difficult and children, youth and teens can struggle with difficult emotions, developing or existing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviours and many other common mental health concerns. Learning how to cope, having a good support plan and engaging in therapy can lead to positive changes and a new outlook on life.
